Team Building Day
Team Building Day with Golf for all. Beginners and experience golfers catered for.
Traditional Team Building has often involved climbing rock faces or walking miles over rugged terrain or even throwing yourself off a cliff into the arms of your team members .
Now, it can be well constructed and testing games held in the comfort of a classroom which educates you on how to form a team.
Scarthingwell now has a new take on Team Building – and it involves golf!
No – you don’t have to be a good golfer to take part.
No – you don’t have to have played golf before.
You do, however, have to be part of a team which wants to grow, trust and develop and want something just a little DIFFERENT.
This one day educational session combines classroom training and narrative with golf competitions and 9-holes on our Academy course. Each team game scores points which have a running total throughout the day – and don’t heckle the trainers or the golf pro – points will be deducted or added for good behaviour.
